I'm putting together a video for Holly's 30th birthday. The idea is simple: a heartfelt documentary-style film featuring the people closest to her. Each of you will appear in a short “talking head” style clip, sharing your stories and wishes.
When I visit you, I'll be filming a short interview. Don't worry - it'll be relaxed, casual, and fun. I'll guide you through it, but here are the key things we'll cover:

A song that reminds you of her.

Your fondest memory together - A moment that stands out.

A short birthday message.

Your content - any of your favourite photos of you together, any videos of Holly through the years.
I've set up a form for you to add your photos and videos, this will automatically upload them to a google drive and organize them for the project.
The preference here is any landscape-oriented photos or videos, but I'll take what I can get!
I'll bring everything needed to film (camera, lights, microphone). You just bring yourself.
We'll keep it light and easy - nothing formal.
Each clip will be edited into a film that she'll watch for the first time on her birthday.
I recommend drafting your answers ahead of time for the best delivery on camera, but don't worry, you can go off-script as you please.
The final film will likely be 45 minutes long, based on my current draft, shotlist and estimated headcount.
I'm setting a soft deadline for shoots for 14th Aug as I need time to edit and compile the final film. I'll need your content provided shortly after this date too.
I've started very early to try ensure I've got as many people involved as possible without rushing to squeeze everything in at the last minute.
